1. Products/ items under free/ paid shipping will be shipped by courier companies contracted by Moto Wilder. Alternatively, they will be shipped through Speed Post or India Post postal services.
2. Upon receiving the full payment, your selected products/items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We prioritise careful handling of each order to ensure its safe delivery. We anticipate all orders to reach their destination within 3-10 working days of dispatch, considering standard conditions, throughout India.
3. Once dispatched, Moto Wilder is not liable or responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company/ postal authority since they are beyond our control.
4. Urgent delivery or specific shipping instructions will be entertained only if communicated to Moto Wilder in advance, before placing the order. Moto Wilder should have acknowledged the same before the order was placed.
5. Moto Wilder is not liable for any damages caused to the products by the shipping companies in transit. Kindly do not accept any shipment in a damaged condition.
6. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination address. Therefore, you are requested to place your orders well in advance.
