Refunds And Return Policy

Moto Wilder believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
 
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
 
Moto Wilder does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
 
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
 
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
 
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
 
In case of any Refunds approved by the Moto Wilder, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
 

Returns/ replacement will only be possible if they meet one of the below conditions:

  1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you.
  2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged. (Must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product)
  3. The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing. If the required size in a model/ product is unavailable at that time, you may choose from available models/ products or wait till the required model is available.

In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement once the details of the case are verified by us. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to aid the returns process. If the size in a required model/ product is unavailable, you may choose from available models/ products or wait till the required model is available.

Please note the below terms under which replacement will not be possible:

  1. The product has been used or tested by you.
  2. The product shows signs of wear and tear/ usage, and is not in the condition that it was delivered to you.
  3. Any product whose packaging has been destroyed/ discarded will not be returnable.
  4. All products to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/ cards/ stickers dispatched originally.
  5. If any products are missing any tags/ packaging elements/ hangers/ covers/ manuals/ cards will not be returnable.
  6. Any products taken out for a ride are considered used and not eligible for return. We encourage you to try the gear indoors for size/ fit.

Terms & Conditions for returns:

  1. Please ensure you contact the store within 7 days to initiate the returns process.
  2. Once you initiate the process we will take 2 working days to process your return.
  3. All shipping charges – to and from Moto Wilder (Goa), for any exchange or return will be borne by you.
  4. If you are unsure about sizing or the right product for you at the time of ordering, please reach out to us at info@motowilder.in so that we can guide you in your decision.
  5. Once your return is processed, you will be reimbursed with store credit for any future purchases.

    Return shipping options:

    1. Please ship your returns through a reputable courier firm, which includes package tracking and insurance for the return shipment.
    2. All return shipments must be prepaid, all COD packages will be rejected.

    Order cancellations:

    1. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until/ before the items are shipped from our store, after which cancellations will not be possible.
    2. Bank processing charges for the cancelled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.
